Obesity and overweight are associated with many health risks. Some of these health problems are directly related to obesity. Others are indirect results of excessive body weight.

How to become obese

Eat at least three ice creams a day: Ice creams have lots of calories that help you put on some extra kilos in your tummy. One serve of ice cream contain just over 200 calories. Three times a day makes it 600 calories, that is equal to 100 grams of body weight. So you will put on 3 kg in a month.

Fruit juice, Pepsi and Coke are good for you: Don't miss these super energy drinks. These are easy to buy stuffs. You can buy in bulk and store in the fridge. Then it is easy for you to drink many times a day.

You should watch TV for at least four hours a day: Watching TV for long period of time is an excellent way of gaining weight. Don't forget to have some popcorn and soft drinks.

Never ever walk to supermarket: Walking burns some calories, that is not good for you. Always use your car to go there. Don't forget to use lift or escalator.

Eat cake and biscuits between meals: Choosing suitable snacks is important for you mission. Sweet biscuits and cakes are better choices. Always carry a chocolate or muesli bar in your pocket.

Never do exercise: Doing exercise will burn off your fat. That will spoil your journey towards the heaven.

Waist to hip ratio calculator

Waist to hip ratio is used to assess the health risks associated with central obesity. A higher ratio indicates increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease and type 2 diabetes.

You need two measurements in order to calculate waist hip ratio.
